So many of us ask how much time we should spend pounding pavement or burning steel in order to see noticeable results. The answer (which may disappoint you) is this: it really depends on your body type. As each of us burns and stores fat differently, you’d have to seek the advice of a medical professional to find this out. One thing doctors do agree on however, is this: 30 minutes of exercise a day can go a long way. Anything from a 30 minute run to a 30 minute brisk walk (slightly faster than walking but nowhere near running) can improve your health significantly in the long run… It’s true!
