Loved for its high nutritional value (protein, fibre and amino acids – mostly all good stuff), quinoa is both gorgeous tasting, easy to prepare, and (surprisingly) filling. Imported from the tropical plains of South America, this crunchy treat is low on calories, and best served hot AND cold!
